  • How do I place an order?

    Placing orders at Decency is easier than it ever was! Just search for your desired product, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and set up your billing information to complete your order.

  • Do I need an account to place an order?

     An account is recommended while ordering. However, you can place your order without an account as well.

  • How do I track my order?

    Check your E-Mail to find the tracking number sent to you after your order is fulfilled. You may further track your order by visiting our partner's portal.

  • How can I cancel or change my order?

    Contact Decency support through E-Mail or call for assistance. Alternatively, you could log in using your account, go to My Orders, find the one you want to be altered and alter it easily.

  • Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

    Items cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is processed.

  • Is buying online safe?

    Decency ensures the quality of the products are up to standard and meet the requirement of our customers, We believe in customer loyalty and aims to become the perfect solution for online shopping.

  • What payment options are available?

    Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery.

  • How safe is my payment on your site?

    We don't accept any payment on the website. Our only Payment method is Cash On Delivery(COD). No need to worry.

SHIPPING

  • How long does it take for me to receive my order?

    Generally, it takes 3-6 working days during sales time can be extended to 6-10 days depending on the city.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    No, we currently do not ship internationally.

  • What if I need to change my shipping address?

    As long as the order is not booked for shipment companies you can request for change in address to our official business WhatsApp helpline or Call us.

RETURNS, REFUND EXCHANGE

  • What if I receive a defective, damaged, or faulty product?

    We offer 7 days return policy in case of a damaged or faulty product or a wrong product/design being delivered.

  • I have received a wrong product?

    Don’t need to worry, Contact us immediately with your ordered item details and received wrong item pictures, after successful verification, we will send you an exchange item or will arrange delivery for your ordered item.
